How long is The New Path program?

  • Our initial program runs 12 weeks

  • Weeks 1-9: Focuses on developing soft skills, increasing emotional intelligence and preparing to enter the workforce  

  • Week 10: Community outreach by volunteering and giving back

  • Week 11-12: On-site training in your preferred career path with verified trade partners

Are there any requirements or qualifications?

  • While there are no requirements, the ideal candidate is a recent or soon-to-be graduate.  Ages 17 - early 20's.

  • Both young men and women are welcome

  • To enjoy the full benefits of this program, an individual should be available to start working on a full-time basis at the conclusion of the program

  • This could also be a very desired path if you are looking to change career paths regardless of your age

When do classes start?

Our class schedule for 2024 is:​

  • Spring (Evenings): April 2 - June 24

    • Tuesdays & Thursdays from 5:30pm - 8;30pm

  • Summer (Days): July 9 - Sept 26

    • Mondays & Wednesdays from 9:00am - 12;00pm

  • ​Summer (Evenings): July 9 - Sept 26

    • Tuesday & Thursdays from 5:30pm - 8;30pm

  • Fall (Evenings): October 1 - December 19

    • Tuesday & Thursdays from 5:30pm - 8;30pm

What is the class size, format and length of the program?

  • Each session will have no more than 12 students per class

  • Will be led by an instructor and subject experts 

  • All curriculum will be taught in-person and in a classroom setting.  

  • The total hours required for classroom, volunteering, and on-site job training will be between 85-90 hours.      

Am I guaranteed a job after 
completing a The New Path session?

  • Our goal is to have 100% placement for everyone who has a successful completion of  this program.

  • Every session will have verified trade partners who are anticipating to hire as many participants as are available.

  • Our trade partners are even committed to offering successful participants a higher than entry level wage upon completion.

What am I getting for the price of a course?

  • Knowledge and expertise from 20+ years of developing careers in both Corporate American and Small Businesses.

  • Knowledge and expertise from Special Guests who will teach on Finance, Health and other topics.

  • There is no other program out there (that we know) that focuses on the development of Emotional and Soft skills, while also teaching the Technical skills to prepare you for your career.  

  • You are gaining knowledge on Emotional and Soft skills at a time when they are becoming more valuable than Technical skills to employers.

  •  85+ total hours of classroom instruction and on-site internship. 

  • 2 years of on-going mentorship. 

  • Our goal is for you to receive job offers after successfully completing this course.
